Ge Ice Maker Not Working But Water Does

I scheduled a ge repair call.

Disconnect water line under freezer door and ran line trimmer trough line from dispenser to the disconnect with no blockage. Both water and ice stopped working i believe after i changed the filter but not certain about that. How much ice should i get in a day. Utilizes the water by culligan filter.
